Exchanges

I stand behind each piece of my hand crafted jewelry. If you have any concerns regarding your purchase, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt. If you order an item and find that you need a different size, please contact me. Rings without stones can easily be exchanged for a different size. One-of-a-kind items (jewelry with stones) can be exchanged for credit. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Repairs

Please contact me if you ever find your piece is in need of repair. I am happy to repair your jewelry if the issue was due to a structural problem. If you did something to damage your jewelry, let me know and I will see if it is something I can repair and give you an estimate of the cost.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom items cannot be returned.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
